Very useful tool for keeping your notes when viewing a property and has the right questions to ask the owner. Nice one.
Its a good start. I would love to be able to have additional sections. I want to be able to add my own checklist, so everything is in one place. Also a partnership with one of the real estate apps would be perfect!!
Good start, but I really need the ability to add my own checklist items to the evaluation process. When evaluating a property, I look at lots of different criteria and need to be able to score them. When viewing the photos the only way I can see my notes is to edit the notes which is not obvious. I'd like to see the notes when I view the photos.
So far: you can't add photos from gallery and you can't add general notes to the property - just to individual sections. It's not a bad app but is missing some key features. Will update when I find more.
